1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or platform (the “Platform”), operated by SINE, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Definitions

• Incubatee: Startups admitted to our incubation or pre-incubation programs, through a

formal selection process.

• Services: Programs, events, incubation support, funding, and all other activities facilitated through the Platform.

• User/You/Your: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

• User Content: Any content uploaded, posted, or displayed by User on the Platform.

2. Use of Content

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for exploring and availing the Services is granted to Users.

Copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

• Upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.

• Engage in data mining, scraping, or any automated data collection.

• Use the Platform for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or commercial gain.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for our operations.

User represents that User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

All content and materials on the Platform, other than User Content, are owned by SINE and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

SINE reserves the right to modify or remove any content from the Platform at any time without liability. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform and its Services shall be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties, either express or implied, shall be made by SINE, its licensors, or affiliates regarding the operation, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform or its contents.

All warranties, including those related to data loss, profits, or misuse by Users or third parties, are expressly disclaimed. Users shall be held responsible for their actions while using the Platform. Content provided on the Platform shall be treated as general information only and must not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. Verification of information and consultation with professionals, where necessary, is advised.

Information about individuals or entities obtained through the Platform shall not be used without SINE’s prior written consent and of the concerned individual or entity, where applicable.

The information posted on this web portal could include hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by third parties over whom SINE has no control or connection. SINE is providing these links and pointers solely for the users’ information and convenience.

This web portal has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information. However, due to the nature of Internet communications, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

User hereby indemnifies to the fullest extent SINE and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to User’s breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall SINE nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Platform.

10. Severability & Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned or subcontracted by SINE. No rights under these Terms may be assigned by the User.

11. Termination

Access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated if any Terms are violated. Use of the Platform may be discontinued by the User at any time, however termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra India.
