Plugin Alliance - The first-of-its-kind industry-technology collaboration in India that will serve as a platform to scale smart industrial solutions, was launched on 19 August 2021. The launch was a virtual event that was attended by 1000+ stakeholders representing startups, MSMEs, Government Officials, Investors and others. Currently, the Alliance has 58 members including 29 startups and is poised to grow to a community.

Safe Security Raises Funds for Safer Digital Businesses
Cybersecurity venture Safe Security, previously known as Lucideus raised funds worth $33 million in their latest funding round. Led by British Telecom (BT), this round garnered participation from all the existing investors including MS & AD Ventures, Western Technology Investments and John Chambers. The funding will allow Safe Security to increase its workforce working on its product.

Rapid diagnostics for tuberculosis have become need of the hour as our nation fights back a deadly pandemic. Metropolis Healthcare in collaboration with Haystack Analytics have launched NEXTGEN TB, a whole-genome sequencing of tuberculosis utilizing the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform for rapid identification of drug resistance in TB patients up to 18 Anti - TB antibiotics.
They plan to offer this test in Sri Lanka, Mauritius, the UAE, Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, Tanzania as well as three other African countries to help their fight against tuberculosis.

iCapotech was awarded under the Sustainability Sector (Clean Energy) for its unique Internet of Things (IoT) Product Platform, named Living Things which is capable of saving a minimum of 15% electricity on ACs in Commercial Spaces. As part of the recognition, iCapotech has been awarded with the opportunity to work for the Government of Maharashtra, starting with a pilot order of Rs 15 Lacs.
