INVESTOR MEET
SINE organized an Investor Meet in March with MedTech and Healthcare as the theme. We witnessed participation of 18 VC firms, where 8 of our startups pitched their ideas. |

Biotechnology Ignition Grant Team's Aerobiosys launched the Jeevan Lite - with Invasive, Non Invasive mode for Adults and Infants, Ventilator, in the presence of Honorable Governor of Telangana - Dr. Tamilisai Soundararaja, DRDO Chairman, IIT Director, CfHE and many other dignitaries. The founder of ideaForge, Ankit Mehta was a panel in a discussion "Making India a Global Drone Hub by 2030" where the Government of India laid the foundation towards making India a drone hub with a liberal drone policy, financial incentives and an import ban that aims to protect domestic manufacturing.

Plugin Alliance, the first-of-its-kind industry technology alliance now has 71 members with 35 Startups onboarded and mature startups with minimum 2 scale deployment. They have onboarded CXO level enterprises, investment and government bodies helping facilitating improvised alliance and decision making for startups.
The team conducted multiple industry and business-related events, a few of them were: Smart Manufacturing Summit, Business Storytelling Session, Leadership Meet 2022, Funding Readiness Session and so on.

INDO-CANADIAN SPEAKER SERIES
Indo-Canadian Entrepreneurship Exchange (ICEE) Speaker Series is a joint initiative of University of Toronto and SINE, IIT Bombay that aims to discover and harness the opportuinities from the Canadian innovation ecosystem. We bring this community event for undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines, early-stage entrepreneurs, faculty and researchers interested in entrepreneurship, investors, university staff and government representatives from both India and Canada.
The thrid from the speakers series was done on 29th March, 2022 with 8 ecosystem leaders with global reach in their field. The speakers had dynamic profiles of investors, incubators, entrepreneurs, subject experts, business development and so on delivering versatile information for the audience. |
